All About That Brass – Part 2

Alright, friends, we’re here with part 2 of our All About That Brass reveal!!

If you enjoyed part 1, get ready for the rest – because we’ve got MORE WALLPAPER, MORE BRIGHTLY COLORED UPHOLSTERY AND EVEN MORE BRASS. Hold onto your hats, people, we’ve got a lot in store for you!

We wanted to create a soothing and sophisticated sleep space for these homeowners, outfitted with functional pieces and ones with quirk and color (see the orchid-colored bed for further proof). We selected these curved nightstands that had both open and closed storage – perfect for these avid readers.

The velvet chaise is the perfect place to curl up with a good book – and, uh, how perfectly sculpted is this little end table? The neck of it is just so stunning.

We added blackout window treatments, which are optimal for bedrooms. They also provide a bit of drama and depth to the large space.

Speaking of drama, we wanted the vibe in the office to be a bit moodier than the rest of the brightly saturated home. There are some gothic elements here that really emphasize that vibe. One of our favorite pieces in here is the black leather desk, with its striking brass details. The dark and stormy artwork, coupled with the edgy light fixture drive the desired look home.

Off of the office is a great balcony space, that we outfitted with ample seating for a good read or morning cup of coffee. These pieces are as durable as they are easy on the eyes.

There’s a powder room off of the office hallway that we wanted to POP. We landed on this wallpaper style pretty quickly – as it is both feminine and quirky. It’s honestly just THE PERFECT POWDER ROOM WALLPAPER (in my very humble opinion ;)).

The playroom holds a sweet spot in our hearts, as it belongs to two special kiddos. We designed a fresh and playful space for endless hours of imagination. We installed plush green carpeting and painted the walls a nice sky blue, with soaring bird wallpaper on the ceiling. These growing little bookworms were in need of their own secret reading hideaway so we turned an awkward corner into one that encourages diving into a good book.

We truly enjoyed working with this family to create a colorful and comfortable home for them to cherish and make memories. If you’re looking to get started on your own space, be sure to inquire here. We’d love to work with you!!
